Compensation for the role is $23.66-29.84/hr
Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. Minimum Experience:
2 Years Medical Assistant experience or graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program required. Completion of phlebotomy course;
Required Certification/Registration: National Phlebotomy Certification required; Completion of AHA-BLS Healthcare Provider Course-Current and on-going required. CNA certificate preferred
Physical Requirements: Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking. Lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patient. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Visual acuity and color discrimination is required. Ability to communicate effectively and to comprehend conversation. Must have manual dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination. Must anticipate unexpected movements by patients. Capable of working assigned hours at varied times during the day or night. Alertness required during all phases of work.
